Nikos Explorations Ltd. (“Nikos”) (NIK: TSX-V) announces that recently completed drilling on the Coppercorp property has intersected copper mineralization up to 340 metres along strike from the significant intersection of 1.62% copper over 17.8 metres obtained during the Spring drilling program.
Results have now been received for the first four holes drilled in the 1,927 metre, eleven hole program. Highlights of the results received to date include values up to 3.04% copper over 0.74 metres in hole CP-05-07 and 0.2% copper and 0.5 grams per tonne silver over 31.7 metres including 1.03% copper and 1.8 grams per tonne silver over 1.43 metres in hole CP-05-08. Analytical highlights for holes CP-05-07 to CP-05-10 are given below.

| Results for holes CP-05-11 to CP-05-17 are pending. |
The holes reported here are located along strike of holes CP-05-01 to CP-05-04 and tested the southeastern extension of the chargeability anomaly targeted by the first four holes. A map showing the location of the holes drilled this year can be viewed at: www.nikosexplorations.com/projects/coppercorp.
All four holes intersected copper mineralization in the form of chalcocite and minor native copper associated with quartz-calcite veins and vein breccia. Chalcocite and native copper also occur as veinlets and disseminations in basalt and conglomerate. The mineralization exhibits both structural and stratigraphic control, being strongest in areas of well fractured basalt, close to contacts with overlying conglomerate.
Epidote is the most abundant alteration mineral and is typically pervasive. Specular hematite occurs as disseminated grains in the basalt, and may be locally pervasive. Disseminated specular hematite occurs throughout hole CP-05-10. Potassium feldspar and chlorite occur predominantly as amygdules in the basalt.
The NQ size core was sawn in half and samples were taken from one half of the core and the second half was stored for reference purposes. Samples were analyzed by Activation Laboratories of Ancaster, Ontario, a laboratory accredited to ISO 17025 standards. Copper and silver were analyzed by ICP-OES and samples with values greater than 1% copper were reassayed by atomic absorbtion (AA). Nikos submitted standards and blanks along with the samples. Roger Moss, Ph.D., P.Geo., President of Nikos is the qualified person for the project as defined in NI 43-101 and prepared this news release.
Nikos is earning a 100% interest in the Coppercorp Property from the Batchawana Group of prospectors.
Nikos Explorations Ltd. is an exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of copper-gold projects in the Americas and is currently exploring three Ontario properties for their iron-oxide copper gold potential.
